You can easily make a homemade mouth wash by using peppermint oil:
- Add 2 oz of water
- ½ tsp of baking soda or salt
- Two drops of peppermint oil
Mix everything and gargle your mouth with this mouth wash and then rinse it. (do it for 1-2 weeks) and stay away from bad breath.
